DripShoes provide QC (Quality Control photos) before shipping to ensure transparency. Once you confirm the QC and approve the order, it indicates satisfaction with the product.
After shipment, we do not accept after-sales requests based on subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., personal expectations or preferences).
To request a return or refund, please contact our support team with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos
Once approved, we will provide the return address.
We accept refunds or reshipments under the following conditions:
- The package is seized by customs (reshipment or refund available)
- The received item differs from the order or QC confirmation (wrong model/size)
- Serious quality issues (e.g., sole separation, major defects)
Refunds will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong item or size selected due to personal reasons
- Incorrect shipping address provided
- Failure to assist with customs clearance or pay import taxes
- Failure to receive or refusal of delivery
- Shipment status shows “Delivered”
We accept returns/exchanges for personal reasons such as:
- Not satisfied with the product
- Size does not fit
Conditions:
- Return shipping cost is covered by the customer
- Original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund
- Item must be unworn and in original condition
- Return package must not be seized by customs
- No refund/exchange if the item is not received or arrives damaged
